ACL Office Coverage

ACL provides services from 0730 to 2000 Dubai local time (0430 to 1700 UK local time), on weekdays only (excluding public holidays).

ACL Out of Hours Coverage

Outside normal office hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays), or for flights within 24 hours, service is provided by the Dubai International Airport.

Please note – the Out of Hours service will only deal with short term ad-hoc schedule changes and new requests. All other changes must be submitted to ACL during normal office hours.

Additional Operational Requirements

Planned Maintenance

The main runway will be closed for critical patching and maintenance works during April 2025.

DWC Runway will be unavailable for Arrivals & Departures as per the scheduled Runway works periods below:

Monday 7th April to Thursday 10th April 2025 (inclusive – 4 days)

Between 0900 Hrs LT to 2100 Hrs LT (0500 Hrs UTC to 1700 Hrs UTC)

Monday 14th April to Thursday 17th April 2025 (inclusive – 4 days)

Between 0900 Hrs LT to 2100 Hrs LT (0500 Hrs UTC to 1700 Hrs UTC)

Monday 21st April to Thursday 24th April 2025 (inclusive – 4 days)

Between 0900 Hrs LT to 2100 Hrs LT (0500 Hrs UTC to 1700 Hrs UTC)

Buffers are based on Scheduled In Block (SIBT)/Scheduled Off Block (SOBT) Times to allow for timely closures pre/post the physical closure (factors in taxi in/out times).

No Arrivals between – 0850 Hrs LT to 2105 Hrs LT (0450 Hrs UTC to 1705 UTC inclusive).

No Departures between – 0840 Hrs LT to 2045 Hrs LT (0440 Hrs UTC to 1645 UTC inclusive).

Day1 (Monday) there are scheduled runway closures due to maintenance. Closure times:

Arrivals 1050z-1405z & 1950z-2105z

Departures 1040z-1345z & 1940z-2045z
