Airport Operating Hours & Airports conditions of use

Muscat International Airport is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year round (runway closed for maintenance daily between 0100-0200 UTC)

Muscat International Airport is designated as a Facilitated airport (Level 2) in accordance with the IATA Worldwide Scheduling Guidelines.

ACL Office Coverage

ACL provides services from 0730 and 1700 UK time on weekdays only (excluding UK public holidays).

ACL Out of Hours Coverage

Outside normal office hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays), in case of urgent enquiries service is provided by the Muscat International Airport.

Please note – the Out of Hours service will only deal with short term (72 hours) ad-hoc schedule changes and new requests. All other changes must be submitted to ACL during normal office hours.
