ACL sent a Notice of Final Decision to Saudi Arabian Airlines on 24th February 2025 notifying them that, pursuant to Regulation 16 of the Airports Slot Allocation Regulations, ACL had decided to impose a financial penalty in respect of 34 slots operated in a significantly different way during W24 at London Heathrow Airport.
